she-ra and the sword of 'the church is dumb' (closed psl also fe3h spoilers ig)

[As the Archbishop, Rhea didn't often have a direct hand in raising the many orphans that came into the monastery. It simply wasn't possible and often it was seen as a good thing. Adora was an exception. It might have been favoritism but she had seen over her education, both material and spiritual, and entrusted the best combat tutors to help raise her.

A favored recruit of the Knights of Seiros, she was destined to become the captain in time. The fact that Rhea had other plans, well. Not even Adora needed to know that. Not yet. She thought she was a lenient mentor but when news that Adora hadn't eliminated a small group of nobles that were in the middle of an uprising...

Well. She wanted an explanation. Now. Anyone else would have been executed already. Disobedience was a grave sin, after all. Yet it would be... inconvenient if Adora died now. So she waited until she heard that Adora was insisting on seeing her. She ordered the Knights at the monastery to ignore Adora's transgression for now. The Goddess could forgive.

She's even sent Seteth away by the time Adora arrives in the small side chamber. Her back is facing the door. Even before she fully steps into the room Rhea speaks.]

I was praying that the reports are incorrect, Adora. Why would you turn your eyes away from Her guidance?
